Did you know it is possible to over exfoliate your skin? Too much can accelerate the ageing process, don't exfoliate more than once a week, and couple with a cream mask such as QUENCH.
Dehydrated skin can age much quicker. Aim to drink 6-8 glasses of purified water a day. This flushes out impurities and makes your skin glow. Even your body does not function efficiently when dehydrated - fats are not broken down effectively, toxins remain in the body, and organs are put under undue stress. A great idea is to fill up a litre bottle at the beginning of the day and aim to have drunk it by lunchtime. Then do the same again for the afternoon.
