Here's a blissful home-spa ritual that's great for when you are stressed out, find it difficult to wind down and need to chill; particularly good for the end of the day.


  1. If you are eating a meal, try to ensure it is carbohydrate based, as this more likely to make you sleepier. Make a light and easy to put together; a bowl of pasta and a green salad is a good choice.

  2. Run a bath and drizzle a capful of DRIFT AWAY, Bathing and massage oil into the water. Put on some smooth jazz and light candles around the bathroom.

  3. Cleanse your skin thoroughly with BE GONE Cleanser, followed by a fine layer of BECALM soothing mask. Step into the slightly above room temperature bath.

  4. Place 2 damp teabags or slices of cucumber over each eye and lay back with your feet slightly elevated and a rolled towel placed behind your head.

  5. Allow your thoughts to drift away to a place of peace and pleasure. Don't relive your day or recall your day, instead use this time to think about the joys and pleasures in your life and perhaps people and memories of those that you love.

  6. When you feel suitably relaxed after a quick cleanse with KEEP CALM aromatic cleansing bar, step out of the bath. Wrap yourself in a fluffy towel or robe and remove the mask with a flannel. Follow with TONING ESSENCE on a piece of cotton wool.

  7. With preferably a natural hairbrush, brush your hair backwards for two minutes. Let the bristles massage your scalp. Much nicer, if you can get someone else to do it for you.

  8. After drying your feet massage some AAAHHH! soothing foot and leg balm . You will literally feel tiredness drain away and the dandelion extract will help to reduce swelling for feet & limbs that have been standing or sitting for too long.

  9. Blow out the candles, wash your hands (after the AAAHHH!) then make yourself a nice cup of chamomile & peppermint tea to take to bed. As you sink into crisp cotton sheets, feel yourself wind down and relax as you allow each part of your body to sink into the mattress, one limb at a time ending with your head. If you need some extra help with this process take DRIFT AWAY again and this time massage it into your legs, arms and torso (and your back if you have a wonderful person who will apply it for you!).

  10. Reach for REPOSE aromatherapy resting cream, take a large pea sized amount and spread it across your palms. Hold your hands up to your face and breathe in the beautiful aroma of the essential oils and say the words thank you as you exhale and you are ready for the application of this duvet for the skin for the face and neck. Sweet dreams!
