Notes: No regular tea, coffee of alcohol. Only still or sparkling water, 2 litres per day, with a splash of fruit juice if desired. Herbal & green teas unlimited great to increase detox plan. Always have protein with lunch and dinner to stop cravings. Grill, steam or bake protein if required. If desired, use a little olive oil for cooking. Eat snacks ONLY if hungry. Use olive oil and lemon juice or apple cider vinegar to dress salad and leaves. Add garlic, ginger, chilli, herbs and spice if possible to accelerate detox.
