Fabulous, because it’s short, sweet, and starts to leave winter behind! I’m already seeing the morning dawn and evening dusk getting earlier, the birds are chirping and the snowdrops are peaking through the earth, I love it. And speaking of love, it’s of course Valentine’s this month and for me, this is an opportunity to express gratitude to all those in your life who you love and appreciate.
If you have a life partner, well that’s wonderful and an obvious place to start; but once you write down your list of those you adore and are grateful for, you will start to feel really blessed. Why not reach out to them this month? A lovely text, cheery voicemail, posting a handwritten card or letter, home-baked heart cookies, some love hearts popped in your little one’s lunchbox or a cheeky cocktail with a friend, the list is endless.
Leaving messages like "If i could give you one thing in life, I would give you the ability to see youreself through my eyes, only then you would realise how special you are to me", this in shoes, bags, a car seat, attached to some chocolate or bottle of fizz, you will have such fun and it will lift your soul as you give out your love and gratitude.
