Welcome to beautiful and golden October. Although we have been seeing the foliage changing since the summer, it’s so stunning to see the pinnacle of autumn-ness this month with the abundance of colour.
When you are in nature, there is something about being amongst creation that shouts purity, clarity and wonder. We love to walk and were recently chatting and contemplating a challenge as we strolled; we had to make quite a big decision and were going back and forth on what to do, when suddenly, looking ahead at a copse of red, amber and green trees, the sun streamed through and landed on the red tree! We just knew what we had to do and felt we’d received a positive answer and direction.
Don’t you find answers are often in front of us, but we can’t, as the saying goes, see the wood for the trees?! This is why a walk, swim or even just sitting in silence or to some gentle classical music clears the mind and you become resourceful and creative.
In TEMPLESPA, one thing we love to do in the month of October is to take our number one product REPOSE and turn it into a beautiful campaign to support a chosen charity. In the past ten years, we are proud to say we have raised over £2 million for a variety of charities. Last year, together with you, our wonderful customers helped us raise £134,000 in one month for Alzheimer’s Society and Alzheimer Scotland.

Sadly, this dreadful disease affects so many and undoubtedly, there will be someone in your world who is suffering and we think these societies deserve all the strength they can galvanise.
