Recently we posted some New Year resolutions on Facebook. They’ve been so popular we thought we’d make them our next blog post! So print this out and pop on your fridge or in your diary and have fun with it!
1. Use a mask every week (at least). Find the perfect mask or scrub for your skin type.
2. Don’t go to bed with makeup on and use your cleanser morning and night.
3. Use a neck cream everyday! Did you know that one of the first signs of ageing, sagging skin is on the neck?
4. Have a weekly spa-manicure at home.
5. Get more sleep and start going to bed at the same time each night as much as possible.
6. Dry brush my skin every day for two weeks before showering.
7. Smile and laugh 100% more than in 2012!
