What is the first thing a customer should feel, see or smell when they arrive at one of your spas?
The senses play an important part in relaxation as they allow you to immerse yourself in the present moment and shift your attention from stress and distractions.
When you first arrive, you’ll be drawn to the gorgeous aromas of our Temple Spa products whilst surrounded by a beautifully designed space. Once you step foot into the spa facilities, you’ll feel the warmth of the spa wrap around you. You’ll hear the bubbles of the Hydro-Pool and smell the essential oils of our Aromatherapy Steam Room. The cool touch of the crushed ice on your fingers from the Ice Room, a contrast from the heat of the Sauna. The crunch of the salt under your feet as you step into the Himalayan Salt Room, embracing an ancient practise that we continue today.
What is the one thing that you want your customer to remember and take away about your spa?
To remember how they felt during the experience.
Setting time aside to relax is often neglected due to our busy schedules but stress has a huge impact on the body. A moment to unwind allows us to release any tension we’re holding onto and brings the focus back to ourselves, in that moment. A massage is the perfect way to do this, as not only does it encourage a state of deep relaxation mentally but physically as well.
Which is your best-selling TEMPLESPA treatment and why?
Our bestselling treatment is the Drift Away 60-minute Full Body Massage. The most common end goal for our guests is complete relaxation and this treatment does just that. It is a real top to toe experience including a scalp massage at the end. The Drift Away Massage Oil assists the treatment perfectly with notes of lavender, frankincense and patchouli.


What drew you to partner with TEMPLESPA treatments and products?
Temple Spa is a British grown brand which brings the Mediterranean to us. We were drawn in by their core values of honouring the body, enjoying life and living it to the fullest. What is your USP or biggest selling point as a spa group?
As an adults-only hotel and spa, we stand out from the rest. We understand that child-free time is important and there is nowhere better than Lincombe Hall. So, why not order a cocktail to the pool, sit back and unwind with a refreshing drink in hand.
Which is your personal favourite TEMPLESPA product or treatment, and why?
As Head Therapist, my favourite Temple Spa product is the Most Revealing Oxygen Peel. It is a truly unique product and always the one that clients will ask, “What was that?”. Its oxygenating properties make it different from any exfoliant I have used before. It fizzes and pops to remove any dead skin cells, leaving you with an unquestionable glow. The results speak for themselves and every client that experiences it, really loves it.
