What is the first thing a customer should feel/see/smell when they arrive at your spa?
When a customer arrives at Holmer Park, they should instantly feel a sense of calm, see a warm and beautifully welcoming space, and smell a gentle, soothing aroma that signals relaxation.
Which is your best-selling TEMPLESPA treatment and why?
At Holmer Park we have two top selling treatments which are the drift away massage and the Work it out massage. These are so popular with both our members and spa guests. Everyone loves a massage

We offer a wide range of temple spa products and treatments. Including massages, facials, waxing, tinting, manicures, pedicures and body scrubs. We offer the full range of temple spa face and body products.
What is the typical customer experience at your spa?
A typical customer experience at our spa begins with a warm, calming welcome from our reception team, followed by a friendly introduction and information from our spa host, before guests unwind in our fantastic pool area, which includes the pool, sauna, foot soaks, heated loungers, and hot tubs; and for those enjoying treatments, our qualified therapists deliver luxurious, peaceful experiences that leave every guest feeling relaxed, refreshed, and truly cared for.
Which is your personal favourite TEMPLESPA product/TEMPLESPA treatment and why?
I personally love the 60‑minute Champagne and Truffle Facial because it allows me to completely relax, leaves my skin feeling incredible, and with its luxurious benefits, it truly makes me feel pampered and spoilt
