What is the first thing a customer should feel/see/smell when they arrive at your spa?
From the moment a guest steps through our doors, we want them to feel an instant sense of calm and escape from the outside world. They are greeted with a warm welcome by our spa team, soft natural lighting, and the subtle, uplifting aromas of essential oils. We’ve recently refurbished our entire spa and health club, so the whole building looks fresh, modern, and very welcoming!.
Which is your best-selling TEMPLESPA treatment and why?
Our most popular treatment is Drift Away, TEMPLESPA’s deeply relaxing aromatherapy massage… and we can understand why! Guests love how it melts away tension, by combining calming essential oils with gentle massage movements. It’s really an experience that is soothing for both the body and the mind, and isn’t that what we all desire from a spa day?

What is the typical customer experience at your spa?
A visit to Riverhills Spa is designed to be a journey of relaxation from the moment a guest steps in the door, to the moment they leave. We make sure each guest is welcomed by our friendly team and guided through a seamless experience. It doesn’t matter whether a guest is here for a single treatment, a few hours or a full spa day, our goal is always to ensure every guest feels refreshed, cared for, and truly rejuvenated. To ensure this, we offer three wonderful pools, a stunning fire and ice suite including the memorable volcano sauna, snow sky and aroma steam room, multiple restaurants and cafes and beautiful, well-scaped gardens for guests to stroll through, or sit back and unwind in.
Which is your personal favourite TEMPLESPA product or treatment, and why?
Personally, I love the Repose night cream. As TEMPLESPA says, it’s like a good night’s sleep in a jar – and smells amazing! It’s everything you want in a good cream: nourishing, calming, and hydrating. As for treatments, TEMPLASPA Champagne And Truffle Deluxe facial is a favourite of mine. It combines luxury with visible radiance and feels like 60 minutes of pure indulgence!
