Job Title: Brand Marketing & Communications Executive
Department: Marketing
Location: Head Office, Littlehampton, West Sussex, a hybrid of office and home working.
Position: Permanent and full-time.
Reporting to: Brand Marketing & PR Manager
Working with:
Internal: Design, Marketing and Product team to work as an engaging brand unit. Dipping into Spa sales teams too.
External: PR contacts, brand supporters, Spa customers and Spa Partners.
The Job Role
This role has a very broad stretch across our marketing and channel teams which is essential for company growth plans. This job will be responsible for managing and maintaining digital communications, content updates and marketing assets across internal platforms and communication tools.
About You
You are highly organised, detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple communication channels simultaneously. You have strong digital coordination skills and are confident working with content management systems, social platforms, and communication tools. You are proactive and reliable, ensuring updates, promotions and marketing materials are uploaded and communicated accurately and on time. You enjoy collaborating with different teams, particularly marketing and e-commerce and you take pride in ensuring assets are clear, accessible and aligned with the wider brand strategy. You thrive in a fast-paced environment where organisation, consistency and attention to detail are essential.

- With minimum 2-3 year’s demonstrable experience and success in a similar role.
The Role & Key Responsibilities
Content & Platform Management

Upload and maintain daily updates, assets, posts, and imagery on the brand Hub and Facebook platforms.

Manage brand Hub homepage and Latest News updates, including refreshing and removing outdated content.

Upload monthly assets, videos, and Vimeo links to the brand Hub.

Update company PrintHub with the most recent documents and business resources.

Check and maintain navigation elements such as breadcrumbs on asset pages.
Communications & Messaging

Manage internal communications including Manager Bulletin and Lineage Head WhatsApp updates.

Coordinate brand Hub emails including Welcome Calls, newsletters, cohort communications, and first-month journeys.

Send promotional offers and communications via text messaging.

Oversee Spa to Go communications and Facebook page updates.

Manage Liz’s Letter, Liz’s Diary, and key business announcements on the Hub.
Campaign & Promotional Coordination
Support monthly promotional campaigns including collections, offers and Muji promotions.

Create and distribute tactical briefs for promotional offers across all communication channels.

Provide Hub content briefs.

Work with the wider marketing team to provide suitable content for EMM campaigns.
Social & Community Management

Approve Facebook posts within consultant and manager groups.

Upload and manage assets for Manager and Consultant Facebook pages, including updating headers.

Manage social media tools including online generators and WhatsApp tools.
Operational Updates & Business Support

Update key business dates monthly and ensure Hub content reflects current activity.

Check offers are updated and functioning during consultants’ first month.

Update business tools and check stock availability.

Prepare and coordinate Manager Check-In decks and Welcome Call materials.
The Interview Process

- Initial call with reporting manager (30 mins)
- Presentation task (given 7 days before in-person interview)
- In-person interview to present the task to the reporting manager and director
