Location: Head Office, Littlehampton, West Sussex, a hybrid of office and home working.
Position: Permanent and full-time.
Reporting to: Brand Marketing & PR Manager
Working with:
Internal: Design, Marketing and Product team to work as an engaging brand unit. Dipping into Spa sales teams too.
External: PR contacts, brand supporters, Spa customers and Spa Partners.
The Job Role
This role has a very broad stretch within the Marketing team. Working with the marketing team, Spa Sales & Training Team and it is essential to the company growth plans. There is the responsibility for juggling, expediting & supporting all elements of the Spa Sales, Training, Marketing team, and all other areas of the business. This is a varied role covering all aspects in the smooth operation and success of Marketing.
About You
A creative all-rounder with a love of skincare, a deep and inquisitive interest in self-care and wellbeing, and a finger on the pulse for all things brand, marketing and spa, you are highly organised and proactive, with a strong eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines with confidence. A clear and professional communicator, you build strong relationships with spa partners while working collaboratively with Sales, Design and key stakeholders to ensure seamless follow-up and delivery of marketing initiatives. You are comfortable coordinating promotions, product launches and limited editions, managing POS and merchandising, and ensuring all marketing assets are accurate, on-brand and delivered on time. With a methodical approach to maintaining trackers, contact databases and marketing systems, you take pride in keeping everything up to date and running smoothly. Passionate about the spa, beauty and wellness industry, you bring a positive, solutions-focused mindset and thrive in a fast-paced, supportive team environment.

- Attention to detail is key – this role requires writing, sharp product knowledge and brand guidelines so a keen eye for spelling and grammar is important

- With minimum 2-3 year’s demonstrable experience and success in a similar role.
The Role & Key Responsibilities
- Maintenance of the Spa Marketing Inbox, ensuring all enquiries from spa partners are managed and responded to in a timely and professional manner.
- Lead all spa marketing communications relating to campaigns, promotions, launches and updates for our spa partners.

Manage and update the Spa training manuals and educational materials, ensuring content remains current and aligned with brand messaging.
- Plan and deliver spa promotions communications including new product launches and limited edition campaigns.
- Coordinate spa merchandising and POS briefings, ensuring spas receive the correct marketing materials and guidance.

Host and lead monthly Spa Webinars, delivering key brand, product and marketing updates to our spa partners.

Manage and maintain the Spa Hub, ensuring resources, marketing materials and updates are kept relevant and accessible

Manage spa PR relationships, including briefing opportunities and executing activity that supports spa partner visibility.

Maintain and update Spa commercial presentations and brand materials.

Oversee spa merchandising updates and coordinate any required design changes.

Visit spa partners regularly to maintain and strengthen relationships with spa teams.

Identify new opportunities to grow the spa channel and enhance partner engagement.
