Detox Program


MONDAY

PRE-BREAKFAST: 
Hot water & juice of ½ lemon
Body brush

BREAKFAST: 
1 cup natural yogurt
1 tsp honey, 2 fruits
Mixed seeds
1 herbal tea

MID-MORNING: 
Are you hungry or thirsty? 500ml water & 1 apple if hungry

LUNCH: 
Rye, spelt or pitta sandwich or wrap with chicken, salad & ½ avocado

MID-AFTERNOON: 
Are you hungry or thirsty? 1 litre of water & ½ cup of berries if hungry

DINNER: 
Mackerel/fish fillet, veg/salad & 1 tablespoon tarramasalata or tzatziki


TUESDAY

PRE-BREAKFAST: 
Hot water & juice of ½ lemon
Body brush

BREAKFAST: 
Oatmeal with soya milk & 1 fruit
Herbal tea

MID-MORNING: 
500ml water & 1 handful of grapes if hungry

LUNCH: 
Greek salad with 1 cup or fist of tuna or fish

MID-AFTERNOON: 
1 litre of water & raw veg & 1 tablespoon extra light cream cheese

DINNER: 
Salmon steak, spinach/veg & ½ avocado


WEDNESDAY

PRE-BREAKFAST: 
Hot water & juice of ½ lemon
Body brush

BREAKFAST: 
2 egg omelette with 1 slice of rye or spelt toast.
Herbal tea

MID-MORNING: 
500ml water & 1 pear if hungry

LUNCH: 
Grilled chicken breast with salad or veg & 30g white low fat cheese

MID-AFTERNOON: 
1 litre of water & raw veg & 1 tablespoon hummus

DINNER: 
Stir fry with fish or prawns & mixed veg. 2 tablespoons of natural yoghurt


THURSDAY

PRE-BREAKFAST: 
Hot water & juice of ½ lemon
Body brush

BREAKFAST: 
1 cup natural yogurt, 1 tsp honey, 2 fruits, mixed seeds
1 herbal tea

MID-MORNING: 
500ml water & ½ cup blueberries if hungry

LUNCH: 
Salmon steak, spinach/veg & 1 cup of cooked brown rice

MID-AFTERNOON: 
1 litre of water & 1 apple if hungry

DINNER: 
Greek salad & grilled chicken breast


FRIDAY

PRE-BREAKFAST: 
Hot water & juice of ½ lemon
Body brush

BREAKFAST: 
Oatmeal with soya milk & 1 fruit. Herbal tea

MID-MORNING: 
500ml water & 1 nectarine if hungry

LUNCH: 
Mackerel fillet, veg or salad & ½ avocado

MID-AFTERNOON: 
1 litre of water & raw veg & 1 tablespoon hummus

DINNER: 
Chicken, veg/salad & 30g low fat white cheese


SATURDAY

PRE-BREAKFAST: 
Hot water & juice of ½ lemon
Body brush

BREAKFAST: 
2 eggs, tomato, mushrooms & 30g white low fat cheese.

MID-MORNING: 
Are you hungry or thirsty? 500ml water & 1 apple if hungry

LUNCH: 
Sushi or fish with 1 cup of rice & salad/ veg & miso

MID-AFTERNOON: 
1 litre of water & then 1 pear if hungry

DINNER: 
Any meal you like!!


SUNDAY

PRE-BREAKFAST: 
Hot water & juice of ½ lemon
Body brush

BREAKFAST: 
1 cup natural yogurt,2 fruits, mixed seeds & herbal tea

MID-MORNING: 
500ml water & ½ cup of berries if hungry

LUNCH: 
Roast chicken, veg & 1 medium potato

MID-AFTERNOON: 
1 litre of water & then 1 cup of raw carrots if hungry

DINNER: 
Greek salad & fish
