Frequently Asked Questions
What do I need to join TSTV?
To work at its best, TSTV requires you to have the following:
A reliable broadband internet connection, or strong 4G (or better) mobile data connection
• Either: A computer with built-in or external Camera, Microphone & Speakers
• Or: A mobile phone or tablet with built-in Camera & Microphone
We would recommend devices with a larger screen for the best experience
We would also recommend devices with a minimum of a dual core processor and 4GB RAM
Why do I need to allow access to my camera and microphone?
TSTV uses state-of-the-art video conferencing with a live TEMPLESPA Consultant. Allowing TSTV access to your camera and microphone allows you to interact with your Consultant and others on the call. You may need to re-allow permission for future TSTV calls.
Can I search for my own products?
Yes - our new product look-up tool allows you to search for products and add to your bag during the call.
Help! I lost connection, what should I do?
Don’t panic, you can return to the session by clicking once again on the link shared with you by your consultant.
Can I invite a friend?
Yes! Simply click the share button above the video screen and you’ll find the option to share a link with your friends.
