1. The promoter is: TEMPLESPA whose registered office is at 30b Southgate, Chichester, West Sussex, PO19 1DP.
2. Employees of TEMPLESPA or their family members or anyone else connected in any way with the competition or helping to set up the competition shall not be permitted to enter the competition.
3. This competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom who are 18 years or older.
4. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
5. Route to entry for the competition has been stated on the TEMPLESPA Instagram profile competition post so please check there for instructions.
6. Closing date for entry is Friday 21st January 2022 at 12pm GMT. After this date no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
7. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
8. The rules of the competition and the prize for the winner are outlined on the post on the TEMPLESPA Instagram profile.
9. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
10. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
11. No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prize is not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
12. The prize is a Luxury Spa Escape for Two People at Bowood Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort in Wiltshire. The prize includes one nights’ luxury accommodation, dinner in the Two AA Rosette Shelburne Restaurant (to the value of £35 per person), the Full Wiltshire breakfast, a 60 minute TEMPLESPA treatment per person, full use of The Spa facilities and the luxurious ‘DO NOT DISTURB’ gift set.
13. No travel or other expenses are included and competition winner will be responsible for any costs outside of the prize detailed above.
14. The prize redemption will be arranged between the winner, TEMPLESPA and Bowood Hotel, Golf & Spa representatives.
15. The prize is valid for 12 months after the competition closing date. Valid Sunday-Thursday, subject to availability at the time of booking. Excludes Bank Holidays, Valentine’s Day and the Christmas and New Year period. Further blackout days may apply.
16. Prize is based on two people sharing a classic double or twin room.
17. Winners will be chosen across all eligible entries on Instagram.
18. Winners will be selected at random through a computer process that produces verifiably random results
19. The winner will be notified by social media message within 7 days of the close of the competition. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
20. The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected.
21. Only the official promoter’s social media accounts will contact the chosen winner and no other social media accounts affiliated with TEMPLESPA will be considered as legal contact to the winner
22. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
23. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions and allowing the Promoter to reuse submitted details and photographs for reasonable promotional use.
24. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
25. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current [UK] data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
26. The winner’s name will be published on Instagram.
27. Entrants’ personal data (for example name, address, postcode and email) will be used solely to administer this competition unless consent is given otherwise in line with data protection legislation
28. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
29. This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter or any other Social Network.
