What is the first thing a customer should feel/see/smell when they arrive at your spa?
The guest should feel automatically relaxed, as soon as they walk through our doors, with the aroma of TEMPLESPA KEEP THE PEACE reed diffuser - where they are welcomed by our Spa and wellness team.
What is the one thing that you want your customer to remember and take away about your spa?
That at Heythrop Park Spa they have had a unique experience, to suit them and their individual needs, leaving them feeling pampered, relaxed, and rejuvenated.
Which is your best-selling TEMPLESPA treatment and why?
Drift Away full body massage is our most popular treatment here at Heythrop, the guests find this particular treatment indulging, as it really does make them drift away, easing their stress, tension and worries.
What drew you to partner with TEMPLESPA treatment and products?
TEMPLESPA is a lovely brand with beautiful aromas and principles. As a brand TEMPLESPA meets each guest’s need with a product, which are all available to take home.
What is the typical customer experience at your spa?
Guests will be greeted by our warm and friendly Spa and wellness team, where they will be given all the information needed for their relaxing experience with us. They will then be taken to our changing rooms, where they can indulge with TEMPLESPA toiletries from LA LA LAGOON to GOOD HAIR DAY after a rejuvenating Wellness experience. They are able to soak up the bubbles in our outdoor Spa pools, swim in our serene swimming pool then finished their experience with a well-deserved treatment and rest in our relaxation suite.
What is your USP or biggest selling point as a spa?
Location, Heythrop Park is set in the heart of the Cotswolds, where the guests can escape from day-to-day life. Our Wellness facilities is a sanctuary for full relaxation from the 20-metre pool to our relaxation room filled with TEMPLESPA aromas.
Which is your personal favourite TEMPLESPA product/TEMPLESPA Treatment and why?
My favourite product must be the BODY TRUFFLE. The most luxurious body lotion, which leaves your skin smooth and glowy, with a lasting sent that can be smelt by others.
Repose aromatherapy facial has to be my favourite. A facial filled with all the facial massage elements you can wish for, products that relieve stress and induce sleep- leaving you completely relaxed.
What exciting developments do you have coming in 2024?
With the introduction of the new treatment of ‘Your Best You’ which helps aids menopause, we are exploring how we can incorporate this is our daily offering at Heythrop. This treatment matches our guest profile and therefore want to spread awareness of menopause, so delivering workshops is a great tool to do this.

Since our refurbishment we have grown in size, from 3 treatment rooms to now 7, a relaxation suite envied by many and a team of warm Spa & Wellness team ready to make you feel special. We take pride in giving the best experience possible to our guest, whether that’s enjoying our workshops available to them or a treatment, we specialise in them feeling destressed from the minute they arrive, to the moment they leave.
