If you’re anything like me, you love this season, but you’re often over-whelmed by it as well. There seem to be ‘lists about lists’ and whilst many people will say “but it’s only one day” of course this beautiful season is just that, a season and not just a day. The build-up is just as enjoyable as the big day itself. What I do notice however is that you tend to put yourself way down the list if you even feature all. Our mantra in TEMPLESPA is to take some time each day, even if only for a few minutes to give yourself space to LOVE WHO YOU ARE. 

Our iconic gift that helps you or someone you love to have some ‘me time’ is our DO NOT DISTURB collection. Pop the “do not disturb” door hanger on the handle, pour a glass of something delicious or a soothing herbal tea and start your relaxing ritual. I enjoy some classical, jazz or chill-out music to help me wind down and then I drizzle Drift Away into the bathtub while I get on with a good cleanse with my favourite In The Beginning Cleansing Melt. I then smother BeCalm soothing mask all over face & neck, then I step into the aromatic water for as long a soak as I can manage without being disturbed! I wrap my warmed towel around myself and while my skin is still slightly damp, massage in Duvet body cream and remove the mask that leaves the face smooth and soothed. Once complete, I go from bath-to-bed, spritzing Quietude over my pillow which induces a sense of relaxation and finally an application of Repose night cream which we call a “good nights sleep in a jar” . That whole ritual is achieved in the Do Not Disturb which truly is a spa in a box.

I do like this photo that Mark took of me in what he calls “Liz getting truffled”! One of the ‘not so secret’ ingredients in our Truffle range is “Happy-Belle”.
